Equipment is not provided by our clients. It is required that you supply a desktop computer with a CPU tower or a compatible laptop.
Chromebooks and Macbooks are not compatible.
Hardwired Internet (No WI-FI)
Due to security precautions, all agents must be connected to the modem. WiFi is not permitted while servicing.
- USB Headset (VOIP)
All agents are obligated to use a USB headset in order to pick up calls coming from customers. Wireless sets are not permitted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Is this a part-time or full-time position?
How often you service is totally up to you. You are in control of your schedule. However, you must work a minimum of 15 hours each week.
- Why are some states restricted?
Due to telephone laws and restrictions, some states do not allow 1099 platforms in their area.
- I have a profile on Arise, what should I do next?
Please reach out to us for further instructions or log in to Arise and go to 'documents'. Under documents you will select MSA. If you are under an IBO they will need to release you.
- Why Is training unpaid?
Independent contractors do not fall under employee labor rights. Please visit the IRS website to learn more.
- Do I need previous experience?
No. Previous experience is not required. You will be trained for the position.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Will I have to come out of pocket for anything?
No, there are no upfront costs. You will however, pay $30 for the background check, once you have decided on the client you want to serve.
- Am I responsible for my own taxes?
Yes, as a 1099 independent contractor with our company, you are responsible for your taxes. Taxes are not deducted during payroll.
- Can I work for two companies at the same time?
Yes, you can serve two companies, but certification classes cannot overlap. You must complete one class before picking up another opportunity.
- How much is the service fee?
Each client has different rates. The pay varies and ranges between $10-$18.
- Do I have to provide my own equipment?
Yes, you will need to provide your own equipment. Please check out the finance options available
